National projects led by the Faculty of Medicine, funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  1. The project was accepted and funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 2016, and the holder is prof. Dr. Vesna Dimovska Jordanova, \u201cEvaluation of the effects of laser trabeculoplasty as primary treatment in patients with open-angle glaucoma\u201d (completed 2021).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The project was accepted and funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 2017, and the holder is prof. Dr. Marija Raleva, \u201cClinical aspects of the diagnostic assessment of autism spectrum disorders and comorbid conditions in children and adolescents\u201d (completed 2022).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The project was accepted and funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 2018, and the holder is prof. Dr. Ljubica Georgievska-Ismail “Assessment of the effects of obesity on myocardial structure and function” (in progress).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The project was accepted and funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 2019, and the holder is Assoc. Dr. Sasho Stojchevski, \u201cValidation of sentinel lymph node biopsy technique in patients with endometrial cancer\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The project was accepted and funded by the “St. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje, in 2020, and is led by Prof. Dr. Daniela Miladinova and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irena Rambabova Bushljeti\u0107, “Pre-transplant assessment of renal function in kidney donors with nuclear medicine methods versus mathematical formulas”.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The project was accepted and funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 2021, and the holder is prof. Dr. Katerina Damevska \u201cMucocutaneous changes after acute COVID-19: a prospective cohort study\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The project was accepted and funded by the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje, in 2022, and the holder is prof. Dr. Rubens Jovanovi\u0107 \u201cPost-transcriptional silencing of telomerase expression in hepatic tissue in experimental animals in vivo\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
