Attached are the application form
The faculty/institute makes a ranking list of the registered candidates according to the criteria (success in studies, knowledge of a foreign language in which the classes are held at the university in the EU, motivation, etc.). The ranking list, together with a letter from the dean/director and the applications in one copy, should be submitted to the Rectorate no later than April 25, 2025. The student and the Erasmus+ coordinator retain one copy of the application.
We note that the learning agreement – Learning Agreement (LA) should also be prepared online on the EWP Dashboard platform, to which you have access, and for this purpose, we enclose the Насоките за изготвување на OLA (Guidelines for Online Learning Agreement for Studies). Furthermore, when preparing the learning agreement, subjects should be selected that will be recognized upon the student’s return, i.e., compatible subjects from the curriculum of the two faculties, because the LA signed by you, i.e., the approved OLA, guarantees that the selected subjects with the number of ECTS will be recognized. Also, please pay attention to the nomination deadline for the winter semester in the academic year 2025/2026, listed on the official website of the foreign university, and instruct students to choose a foreign university where the nomination deadline is after April 25, 2025.
Students must submit a valid diploma for knowledge of the foreign language in which the classes are held.
